We are located in one of the most central points of Isla Mujeres, we are in front of PLAYA CENTRO which is one of the best beaches in the whole state, it has BLUE FLAG which is one of the highest quality distinctions in beaches, we are two blocks away of Playa Norte that is in 9 place in the Ranking of beaches worldwide. We are also just 4 blocks from the Isla Mujeres docking dock and two streets from Av Hidalgo which is the main street not traveled by vehicles where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, jewelry stores and everything a bit. from the balcony of your room you can see the sunsets without leaving the room.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. I almost don’t want to write this review because this place was so amazing, I’m afraid more people will start booking it! But honestly, one of the only things that made me hesitate before booking was that it didn’t have a ton of reviews. So I couldn’t in good conscience not share our experience.Let me tell you, it’s incredible.The location is unbeatable. We were within walking distance to everything and didn’t use a golf cart a single day. We took a taxi to the south end of the island once, and that was more than enough for what we wanted to do there. Otherwise, we walked everywhere with ease.The apartment itself had everything we needed. There’s hot water (pressure isn’t perfect, but it wasn’t a big issue at all). The AC works great and keeps the place nice and cold. The kitchen has all the basics, plus a good refrigerator. Super Aki is just right down the road, making it easy to grab groceries and cook meals in. The beds were okay I slept all night. We are low maintenance and realize nothing will be like our bed at home. Claudia stopped by a few times to make the beds and take out the trash, she is a wonderful lady! We felt very well taken care of.We felt extremely safe the entire time.Jose stopped by a couple of times as well, we’re just sad we didn’t get to talk with him more. He’s an excellent host!We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend, even though part of me wants to keep it a secret!

We had an awesome stay! Jose was a fabulous host, as his house keeper Claudia was wonderful, she brought us freshwater when we needed it changed our sheets, sweep our apartment out and made sure all her needs were met. They are super awesome here and it’s great because you go down the stairs and walk straight out into the beach. It is a bit noisy on the main drag, but if you’re looking for a great place to stay with great horse look no further.

Other than the issue with the parking it was awesome. Claudia was very helpful and JOSE was Very good to reply and take care of any issues. Can’t control what some people do in reference to the parking. Great place would stay again!

Nice, secure room. Small kitchen and bath.

We're pretty flexible people and adjusted OK to the limitations of this room. On the good side, it was exceptionally clean. We arrived on the island about 8 PM (dark) and found it difficult to find this property. Everything in the tiny kitchen worked well. The beds were very firm (hard). The A/C worked great. The shower lacked a lot. The water pressure was so low you could wash one arm at a time. Don't give up on the hot water, it takes about two-three minutes to get the water hot (it is the left hand knob). Purified water is provided in a large water dispenser and was appreciated. Traffic noise is almost non-stop but the loud music across the street on Saturday night went from 9 PM until 4 AM Sunday morning. This room is directly across the street from the public beach.

Overall my stay here was good. The location was perfect, for me, merely 50 steps from the front door to a beautiful beach. Plus just a short two or three blocks to all the excitement and restaurants on Hidalgo Street! Claudia & Emilio were always quick to respond to my requests, such as when I first arrived the refrigerator wasn't working so they pulled one from another unoccupied unit and then the next day brought in a brand new one for me. The largest problem I encountered was that the shower had extremely little water pressure. So little that I had to make sure that all the soap was off of me before getting out of the shower. (I had to almost be standing against the wall to be under the shower.) A second problem with the shower was that the water constantly dripped. Not exactly a huge problem with a shower inside a tub, but this shower is directly on the floor. So I had to keep a plastic container on the floor and empty it regularly so that the bathroom floor wasn't wet and slippery. A problem at night if I wasn't thinking about it. So if great, or even good water pressure in the shower is important to you, this unit is not for you ... unless they have since corrected the problem. Another problem I had, which should not effect future renters, is that they were doing improvements to the property in the areas of chipping off the old stucco and opening cinder block walls on the the floor above me. which would not have been a problem during the day while I or any other renters we out, but often this was done n the evenings and AT NIGHT! Three times I had to get out of bed AFTER MIDNIGHT to ask them to stop making so much noise while I was trying to sleep. Which they did. They switched from hammering and banging to spreading stucco. Which was a more bearable scraping sound that I could sleep through. Again, Claudia & Emilio were very good. Would I stay there again?? I would have to confirm that all construction was done and that the shower was fixed. That being done, yes I would stay there again.
