'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing.
Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'The hotel was incredible we will certainly be planning a return trip in the future. The food was absolutely incredible, particularly breakfast and lunch. The breakfast buffet is luxurious with the perfect blend of classic breakfast items, a beautiful fruit platter and classic Mexican dishes. Lunch you can order to your sun lounger or go to the restaurants. The poke bowl, pork tostones, chicken burrito and prawn tacos where some of our regulars and were always delicious.

'Beach is incredible, ocean views are amazing and being within walking distance to Hidalgo Street was super cool. Rating it a three because of that. Spa was also pretty great. All three of us had a nice massage.
Otherwise resort is terrible. It is run down and desperately needs updating. Beds are terrible, my husband and I kept rolling to middle because the mattress was sunken in the center. Scratchy sheets. The food is the WORST we have ever had at an all inclusive. Nothing was edible except...
