'We arrived and were offered an upgraded room in the same hotel—there are two separate buildings located right on the lakeshore. A young man on the front deck was very calm, courteous, and helpful, answering all our questions. A big thank you to him! ¡Muchas gracias...

'It was really hard to communicate even in Spanish with the stuff but I've managed to get whatever I needed:) free lanchas per stay are also helpful'

'Schoon en ruime kamers. '
