The estate is ideally located, on the border of Sologne and the Loire Valley, in the Vouzon and Cerdon area, at the gateway to the magnificent and historic city of Orléans and less than an hour from Chaumont and its Garden Festival. There are many possible activities that are quickly accessible, such as horse riding, swimming, antique shops, visits to cellars, vineyards and castles: the royal estate of Chambord, the Château de Blois, the intimate Château de Cheverny, the Maison de la Magie, the Beauval Zoo, etc.

And to complete your stay, the restaurant Les Deux Bécasses located in the nearby village will allow you to taste specialties revisited with talent.

Hunting is also prohibited on the property, which is monitored and guarded. This old farm of more than 250 m² includes on the ground floor a large living room of 60 m² with a large lounge, a dining room and a small library lounge with fireplace. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped.

You can observe the animals, pick mushrooms, enjoy the vegetable garden, collect chicken eggs...

3 bicycles are at your disposal for you to ride. An annex building is at your disposal with table football and billiards.
