'Nice, super basic, clean little room for one night. Secure with locked doors just to get into the complex. No view at all from the room, but the ocean was just steps away from the property. Plenty of eating options within a very short walking distance.'

'I didnt get the check in instructions on my email due to spotty reception. So i went into the office, which luckily i made it there before 3 or i would have missed them. The office looks more like disorganized storage space. Maybe they are renovating? The staff was friendly enough and helped ne get checked in. 'I loved this place! I called and spoke to a wonderful gentleman that answered my questions (the answers were sent by Expedia but I was a dingbat) and provided some tips about the island. The room was incredibly clean, beautiful, and the outdoor area was amazing in both the morning and at night. '

'Very convenient location, a 5 minute walk right up the street from the ferry we took to get to the island. Sitting overtop Mamacita’s restaurant, it gives a super convenient dining option just down the flight of stairs outside your room.'

'What a gem this place was. I made a last minute decision to come to Vieques solo, and Victor at the front desk helped me make that decision over the phone. He gave ferry, car rental, excursion, and food recommendations. He and Valeria in the restaurant were amazing and so kind. On top of that, of course the resort itself is beautiful. 'The power went out twice which made it hard to sleep because the place doesn’t have generators and the AC unit wasn’t working. There was a snake outside our room. The dogs barked too much. When we reached out to the host they didn’t have a solution to the problem. They didn’t provide flashlight or water. The water was running very low and many who stayed ended ip checking out. '
