'The worst hotel experience of my life!!!
As soon as we checked in, we noticed a really bad smell throughout the entire hallway. Unfortunately, our room smelled bad too — it smelled like dirty, sweaty socks.
At that point, we wanted to leave and stay at a different hotel, but when we asked for a refund, they refused. So we had no choice but to stay.
We had to wake up early the next morning, but around midnight, the guests in the room above us started moving their beds and nightstands around....

'With the exception of the staff, this was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. At first, the door to our assigned room, wouldn’t open with the gold key we were given. We had to turn, push and turn the key till it opened. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the hot water faucet on the sink wouldn’t stop dripping; It caused mold and rust. The toilette was so low to the ground; it felt like you had to do a lung to sit and stand up. The shower was black around the base. It was so cold, and there was...

'Loved the location and setting of the Trailside Hotel. Room 5 was on the edge of the construction zone for renovations of more rooms. Once the renovations are complete, I am sure it will be nicer.
Room 5 has an awkward entrance from the parking spot -- you have to walk around the soft drink machine on chipped and cracked cement. Be ware if you have mobility issues. Be sure to have your flashlight ready if you arrive after dark.
The room is small, but well set up to utilize the comfy king...
