The team works hard to maintain a high level of standards in the hotel, and to serve the best quality food in the best possible environment in the restaurant, and the majority of guests have an excellent visit. We make it clear on all booking sites that we do not have an elevator, and we are more than happy to assist guests with their luggage. Some of our rooms have a shower, some a bath - we are happy to accommodate any requests. And we always have hot water, sometimes you need to run the tap.
