Surfside Lakeviews is a stylish new two storey beach house located in the Surf Beach Estate Wetlands, just a short walk away from the main Surf Beach and minutes away from the town centre by car.

Comprising four bedrooms, master upstairs with ensuite and flat screen TV. Three generous bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom including bath and separate toilet. All Bedrooms include ceiling fans and built in robes.

The upstairs area features a light filled open plan living/dining/kitchen with powder room, extending onto a large deck which looks directly over the Wetlands, the perfect place to unwind and have a BBQ. A further two deck areas are located at the front of the house and the rear on the ground floor.

A large kitchen with everything you need to cater for friends and family and two living areas with comfy leather sofas, large screen TVs and a gas log fireplace upstairs. Reverse cycle air conditioners on both levels will ensure everyone is comfortable no matter what time of year you happen to stay.

Wash off the sand from a big day at the beach with the outdoor shower and enter via the fully equipped laundry. Plenty of space for the kids in the fully enclosed back yard, room for two cars in the garage and a separate driveway can accommodate a boat or jet skis.

Just under two hours from Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for a family wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The main street features boutiques, retailers, cafes, restaurants and a small supermarket catering to all your needs. A safe Inlet beach perfect for young children and the more experienced in the family can enjoy the waves on our stunning surf beach.

Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.
