'Don’t stay here. Cigarette smoke from ventilation, makes the place stink. The towels are musty and questionable. I had booked as a solo woman to have my own safe space but didn’t feel very safe, the owner banged on the door at 11:30pm wishing to come in without prior texting me calling me on my phone etc. I was asleep at the time and terrified. 'A RECOMMENDED HOTEL THAT THAT IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED, CLEAN AND OFFERS VERY GOOD ACCOMMODATION IN ONE OF THE TOP LOCATIONS IN KOTA KINABALU...THE STAFF AND THE MANAGEMENT IS GENUINELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL...THE HOTEL IS LOCATED NEXT TO SEVERAL OLDER MALLS (WISMA MERDEKA AND THE KK MALL) AND THE NEW SARIAH SABAH MALL...THE FARMERS MARKET AND GAYA STREET ARE JUST A COUPLE OF HUNDRED METERS AWAY...LOTS OF GREAT RESTAURANT CHOICES NEARBY...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!'
