« I had stayed here two weeks and absolutely loved this place but this day was not very good… I stayed on the first floor and I smelled cigarette smoke when I walked past some of the rooms and I noticed that there was an air freshener plugged into the hallway. « Overall, our stay was good, but I’m giving it three stars due to the noise. Our floor was loud around 11:00 p.m., with people laughing and yelling, and there was also banging and lots of running from the room above us, as well as noise from outside the hotel. A nearby venue appeared to be playing music earlier in the evening, and while I can’t say for certain, the combined noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. « Room was filthy, especially the bathroom. No soap, shampoo or any other basic bathroom necessities were in place. Showers curtain was filled with mildew. TV wasn't working correctly and we were told it would be replaced the next day. After returning the next day, the TV was new but we had no signal to watch anything. Asked for another room, but denied in leiu of a room discount. Breakfast was below average, but it was quiet. Staff were nice but the service and overall value was incredibly...
