'The property its self was nice, once we got in the room I started looking around. I can agree with others about the towels being super old. They are rough and discolored they are a gray instead of a white. The hand towels are whiter. We didn’t use the towels because we took our own. The shower had mold and it didn’t drain properly. The toilet would flush but the button would get stuck and you had to push on it some more so it could stop draining the water. I wasn’t able to get photos.'

'The place is a perfect location (middle of everything), helpful staff, and nice rooms. I was just disappointed with the parking. Parking was an issue for the vehicle I was driving. My vehicle got scratched and hit; on the driver door and front corner that a sensor was broken. I noticed the next morning but what would they do since the car was gone, plus I had taken a picture of the vehicles that night from my room. Another issue was a rainy day that my partner slipped in front of the building,...

'La alberca se veía bastante bien, muy limpia y el espacio de esta, también. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y muy serviciales. Cercano al hotel (al lado hay un oxxo) hay mucha variedad de tiendas y comida. En lo personal, muy buena estancia en todo sentido. Lo recomiendo 10/10'
