'I stayed here once before and in my memory I was pretty happy back then. The room that I had now was not in a good condition, dirty walls that needed painting and also the furniture was dirty and have a lot of stains. Also housekeeping could do a better job as it was far from spotless. Breakfast looked nice but not much healthy options. They do offer laundry service, but it is crazy expensive (more expensive than most five star hotels). Based on this stay, I will not return!'

'General impressions of the hotel are positive, it is clean and tidy, good quality bed inlcuding pillows and duvets. nice sized TV and reasonable quality food. Fish and Chips was a bit of a let down more like fish fingers and chips. WIFI is reasonable although often disconnects and requires Re-Auth and this can happen 4 or 5 times a day. '

'Room was clean but that was the only plus. Hotel overall is very run down and not helped that the majority of rooms are used for permanent tenants on government housing assistance. The laundry was a disgrace. The only machine working, did not operate properly and I finished up taking my clothes to my room and trying to finish washing them in the bath. I had major problems with the TV, it seemed to had lost its memory and I had to do a full channel scan to get it up and running. There's no...
