« We entered our room to find one of the two beds with an old sheet that was straightened up, the bathroom was filthy, had blood under the toilet seat, shower had lots of hair in it, and the floor was filthy. We opened the fridge to find the previous occupants food left in there. The lady at the counter was kind and tried to do her best. They refused a refund, will not stay again »

« For being a new hotel, the bathtub creaked and you would hear footsteps very clearly. They should have more options within the hotel facilities. They didn’t have a safety box for valuables, it was a problem for going out and having to carry computers laptops etc. When asked at the front desk they were shocked I was asking for one »
