'The hotel itself is good, rooms clean and comfortable however the fire alarm went off 3 times and they couldnt explain why and if it was going to happen again. I had a 9 hr trip in the morning and i wasnt sure if i was gonna get any sleep, staff couldnt tell me if i could get a refund. Still waiting on a call.'
