'Property and the room that I stayed in were clean. A/C worked very well. Plenty of hot water when I showered. Room had a small refrigerator and a microwave.
Had to figure out how to plug in the reading lights over the beds. Neither the telephone nor the clock radio were operational. TV was unplugged when I arrived. When I plugged it in and turned it on, there were no channels available to watch.
All in all, it was a clean, safe, comfortable place to spend the night for a reasonable price.'

'Credit card was overcharged from purchases from the bar at the Victoria TX location. Still waiting for a call back as I was told 11/3/2026 that they were in a meeting. Today 11/4/26 - NOTHING.
Told staff the first day that coffee marker in room didn't work. Thought they would bring one in with some clean towels the next day, but DID NOT.'
