The space
Welcome to Grandstand Gathering House, where every detail is built for unforgettable group experiences. Spend your days relaxing by the private pool or soaking in the hot tub, then shift into full competition mode with your own indoor bowling lane, ultimate game room featuring arcade machines, ping pong, and pool, or a round on the private putting green.

When it’s time to unwind, gather your crew in the private movie theater with or head outside to the fire pit for late-night conversations.

Meals here are an experience of their own. Fire up the gas pizza oven, cook on the Blackstone in the full outdoor kitchen, or bring everyone together around the double dining tables for shared meals you’ll actually remember.

Whether you’re hosting a family reunion, team trip, or big weekend with friends, this home was designed to keep everyone engaged without ever feeling crowded.

You’re just minutes from the action:
Lucas Oil Stadium (16 min), Gainbridge Fieldhouse (15 min), Indianapolis Motor Speedway (23 min), and the Indiana Convention Center (19 min). This the perfect home base for game days, events, and large group stays.
