« Wonderful condo and host in Indian Rocks Beach. We picked this area for the pool/waterpark and close access to the beach. This unit has a balcony that has channel and ocean views. We enjoyed sitting outside in the early morning sunshine and watching the dolphins.We had brought a few beach toys, not knowing exactly what the closet had in it. « First let me say Peter is a great guy and aims to please. The unit is more than adequate, especially for a group. However, there are a few things that are not precisely accurate. First, this property is not suitable for any seniors, anyone of any age with mobility issues, or small children due to the way the stairs to get inside are situated and constructed and the lack of a good railing. They are challenging to navigate, especially with your bags. So keep that in mind. Otherwise, no problem....

« I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The unit is not facing the beach, but itâs literally right on the beach which allowed us to dip our toes into the powdery soft sand from sunrise to every beautiful sunset! It was clean and well kept -and no weird smells! I thought it was maybe better than the photos can show. »
