'This location was perfect for a family get-together for New Year's Eve...3 generations, three adults, two children and 2 dogs... Close to a beautiful beach where it is walkable if you choose or there is also public beach parking nearby. We would definitely go back to this rental in the future. Andi was great with providing checkin details, bring pets and a providing a pack and play for the 1 yr old. She was very quick to reply with assistance and questions.'

'My friends and I travel to Indian Rocks at least once a year, this spot is perfect for those who like their privacy but also want to be close to the beach(4 min walk). The backyard and heated pool were huge perks to my group. We also loved walking to Cafe de Paris in the mornings! Great stay!!'

'The property is central to all IRB has to offer. The house was clean with many amenities (you could cook a full meal if you wanted). A/C worked great (though the temp didn’t get above 85 while we were there). Very comfortable bed and couch. This house has access to a washer and dryer; however, it is shared with two other “houses”. The other folks were using it for most of our time so we didn’t actually get to use it. Only concern was on most windows, the blinds do not cover all of the window,...
