Great location -close to parks and beach. Accommodated our Labrador Retriever. Pool was lovely, but not heated, so not used. Roku TV was terrific. Interior was nicely done. Outdoor furniture could use updating.

We spent a wonderful two weeks at this house. The quiet neighborhood, the great mid-century modern decor, and the pool made it a great place to rest and recuperate for a long-delayed and much needed vacation. The bikes were great to ride to the beach, a short mile away. Beth was a wonderful and responsive host and we were completely thrilled to have gotten the place! Loved Merritt Island, Sebastian Inlet, and Blue Springs wildlife including so many wonderful birds, manatees, and dolphins!

Host was very responsive to our needs and requests. Kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely updated. Nice pool although did not get to use it very often as the weather was cool and the pool isn’t heated. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well furnished. Nice neighborhood and close to grocery store and parks. Enjoyed our 3 week stay here.

Quick Family Visit

My family and I were in town for a baseball tournament so the location was perfect to get to the ball field and also have a quiet retreat to go to after the games and relax in the pool. The kids enjoyed it and all of the retro aspects it brings!

An MCM gem

The property is exactly as stated. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of towels. Very nice linens. The outside area is fantastic. The pool is delight! Nice and clean. Close to restaurants and the great beach! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable home and really didn’t want to leave!!. The bathrooms have all been updated and it has a beautiful new kitchen that is very well appointed. Rooms are small like most Mid-Century homes, but it was plenty of room for three adults and our two grandkids, 6 and 4. It is located on a very quiet street and minutes to shopping, restaurants and beaches. We all loved spending time swimming in the amazing pool. We cannot say enough about this rental. You will not be disappointed.

Another great stay!

This is our third time staying and once again it was a wonderful trip! House is extremely clean and well appointed, and has everything you need! Well stocked kitchen and lots of pool/beach toys, comfortable beds and such a cozy mid-mod feel.

Tropical paradise

If we could give more stars, we would. Came down for my birthday with a girlfriend and my little dogs. Incredible location! There’s beautiful paths and trails to walk, a sports complex with SO much to do, the pictures on VRBO don’t do this paradise justice. There’s SO much more greenery blocking the house next door. We felt very secluded! The house is very comfy, beds are comfy, neighborhood is comfy. People wave at you and are very welcoming. Only issues we had is there are some boards on the fence the neighbors dog pushes through a bit and our little dogs almost got out but we let Beth know! Also, the floats provided were all busted and unusable but we remedied that quickly with a dollar general visit .03 miles down the road. The neighbors were pretty loud and their dogs barked at us a lot and made our dogs bark because of it. They were arguing/debating loudly outside when we arrived. Other than that at short times, it was incredibly quiet. I have a sensory disorder and had barely any issue! Beth and Kyle were on top of any request or issue we had. The saltwater pool is DIVINE! We only left a couple of times for food and to go to the dog beach which is super close by. We didn’t want to leave! Cannot wait to rent this house again! Best hosts we’ve had so far on VRBO!

Groovy little place!

My family and I had a great time at this chic property. We arrived really late due to massive flight delays due to weather and air traffic. Beth was very understanding and offered to door dash us some supplies as we didn’t arrive until after midnight. We declined but the thoughtfulness was very kind. My wife noticed the vintage decor and loved it all! Our family enjoyed the pool and privacy of the backyard. Publix grocery store was a mile away for any food or supplies you may need. We just relaxed and got sun burnt before our cruise the next day. Hahahaha! We plan to come back in the future as it was a perfect spot for our family. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of activities close by. Not to mention the close proximity to the beach. So if you’re looking for a chill weekend getaway don’t hesitate to book here. Very clean as well!

Lovingly furnished and equipped house with large pool.

Wonderful house with huge private pool. We loved it. The large kitchen is fully equipped. We didn't really find anything that was missing. There is even a wine refrigerator. There is also a Weber grill on the terrace. Absolutely we found the furniture in the style of the 70s. Fits the time of the moon landing and a trip to the Kennedy Space Center.

Exceptionally Well Maintained and Immaculately Clean

The property is exceptionally well maintained and exceptionally clean! Everything was so well cared for inside and out. The pool was clean and maintained during our stay. The yard and plants were beautifully maintained as well. The house was wonderfully decorated and we enjoyed the Florida Space Coast and mid-century modern decor! The neighborhood is safe and perfect for any group (families, couples, retirees etc). The location is convenient to beaches, shopping and dining. Communication with property representatives was prompt, courteous and excellent!!

One of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in. The home is beautiful inside and out. The yard, landscape, pool with countless floats/toys is ideal for any vacation. Neighborhood was welcoming and location convenient, a Publix around the corner. The house was as well-stocked and clean as one's personal home. You can tell this is a special place for the owners. Square footage and layout were perfect, enough space for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) The property manager, Beth, was a dream to work with, responsive and informative. As Floridians all our lives, living on the East Coast, West Coast and Central FL, this is a vacation rental you want to stay in and revisit again. The atmosphere as a whole reminded us of "old Florida" beach life.

Amazing stay!!!!

I don’t know where to even start…one thing was better than the next in this house. The decor, loved it…the pool, amazing! Everything you should need during your stay, it’s in this house and more. This place was so comfortable and great to be in that we actually dosing go anywhere really…just stayed in the pool and enjoyed the house. I think I went to the beach one day for 30 mins and then back to the pool. The location is perfect you are near lots of beaches, restaurants and stores to shop in. The neighborhood is quiet and you always feel safe. The backyard is very private. I just can’t say enough about this place…we will definitely be staying there again! Cheers!!!

Loved it!

We (my family) frequently visit the area for surf trips and loved staying here. It provided everything we wanted and more. It was clean, cute, cozy, comfortable, well maintained for its age and renovations, and the property manager was excellent. Everything we needed was there and all instructions to manage the house efficiently was at our finger tips with the provided instructions and a responsive property manager. I loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants, as well as a quiet neighborhood, the nearby park for running and walking our dog. And, the pool was great, so nice to come home to and relax or just hang out all day! We definitely would go back.

Cute home & perfect location

This home sits in a quiet neighborhood close to walking trails, the beach, many great restaurants and stores. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We especially enjoyed the backyard and pool - very private and relaxing. Some of our favorite places to visit included Canova Dog Beach, Swamp Donkey Airboat Rides, Frigate's Waterfront Bar & Grill, and the Cuban Island Restaurant. We hope to visit again!
