'We liked the quietness the room was clean the lady who checked us in was awesome very sweet She is what customer service should always be... 'The house, built 1870, would be a dream for children: candy, cookies, chocolate, muffins, candybars e v e r y w h e r e !! Inside it has an extensive collection of all kind of odds and ends, which makes the house so cozy! We stayed in the governer's room, a big room with a comfortable king bed. 'Wonderful Stay – A Breath of Fresh Air After leaving another hotel due to terrible conditions, staying at the Hampton Inn was exactly what my family needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. The rooms were spotless, the beds were cozy, and everything felt fresh. 'Parking was very safe cameras and well lighted. Room was clean and they made up the room daily trash pick up, fresh towels, and made up bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot different meats, eggs, potatoes, sausage gravy every day (4).Breakfast bar was clean and it was kept stocked. Coffee was good. Waffle machine was in working order. Easy to get on and off interstate and plenty of restaurants near by.Would stay here again.Highly recommend.'

"If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. If you’re traveling solo, make sure to ask for a room that’s not adjoining. I did not feel safe knowing the person in the room next to me could just come in and vice versa. Wich also resulted in a sleepless first night since the snoring from the neighbor was crystal clear to hear and kept me awake. TV only worked on the channels with hotel information. For over $100 a night and extra fees you cannot escape and no breakfast included, I would suggest going to another hotel or even a decent motel. The first floor with the casino etcetera is very nice and luxurious. Any other floor is just average like every other hotel or decent motel. "
