"Top verblijf. Alles was goed geregeld. Alleen de apparaten in het gym zijn aan vervanging toe."

"Het hotel zag er zeer netjes uit. In de lounge kon je gratis koffie en thee halen. Goed ontbijt. Ook het personeel was zeer netjes en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt direct aan de Donau en je loopt zo het autovrije centrum in met allerlei winkels en restaurants. Wij raden iedereen dit hotel aan."

"This hotel is very beautiful, but it is completely bad in customer service. We stayed for three days in the Junior Suite. Upon arrival, we were only given three glasses of water at the reception as a welcome gesture, and nothing else was provided in the room for us. No one accompanied us to our room—we had to carry our luggage ourselves. The shampoo and....appeared to have been refilled and had no labels. After we complained, they replaced them. For breakfast, we had to stand in a line, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, my family and I did not enjoy our stay at this hotel."
