In Imperia we offer this apartment 150m from the beaches. The recently renovated accommodation is located on the third floor without elevator and has three bedrooms and air conditioning. It is ideal if you are looking for a vacation all sun and fun.

Great strategic location to experience a really super vacation. The accommodation is close to all conveniences: stores, supermarkets, stores, small restaurants and entertainment venues are also within walking distance.

The apartment is on 2 levels and consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms: it has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, one of which has a generously sized single bed (120x190cm), one with a double bed (size 150x190cm), and one with a standard double bed. The bathrooms both have a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. At guests' disposal: television with reception of Italian channels, independent heating, air conditioning (in the living area and in one of the rooms), refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.

Pets are not accepted. Public free parking is 100m far from the apartment.

This beach house in Liguria is certainly a great solution if you want to experience your vacation in an informal and active way and if you love the convenience and pleasure of walking to the beaches, without having to use your car daily for commuting. Ideal in fact for families with children! Access to the beautiful bike path that connects the Riviera dei Fiori to San Remo and Ospedaletti is less than a 5-minute walk away.
