The private balcony is perfect for relaxing in the evening. For group bookings or large families: The apartment is connected by internal stairs to the "Auszeit" apartment on the first floor and the "Heustadel" suite on the second floor. You can book the entire half of the house or combine two apartments, such as "Apartment in der Stube" on the ground floor and "Auszeit" on the first floor.

This vacation home features a shared open terrace for relaxing evenings. Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away and can be used free of charge with the Echt-Bodensee Card.



Important information for group bookings or large families: The apartments "Apartment in der Stuben" on the ground floor, "Apartment Auszeit" on the first floor, and "Suite Heustadel" on the second floor are connected by internal stairs and can be combined. You can book the entire half of the house or, for example, "Apartment Auszeit" with "Suite Heustadel."



There are 13 parking spaces in total. Up to two dogs are allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking and events are not permitted. The entrance door is under video surveillance.
