'Property is showing signs of wear and tear, you have to do a full inventory upon arrival ( parsol was blown over upon our arrival so we placed it under the shelter and didn’t use it during our stay we have been charged €70 for this ?) the outside area was terrible pool was disgusting the neighbours have a chicken coop at the side which didn’t impact noise wise too much the smell definitely did, it’s not as rural or quiet as the previous reviews stated the property description states access from...

'The villa was lovely, in a nice quiet location. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and 2 good bathrooms. Very close to great swimming pool, the villa has 3 great outside areas including rooftop solarium. We didn't have a car, but large Pingo S/market less than 10 min walk. We used Uber to get around which were cheap & readily available.Unfortunately the WiFi kept dropping out and check in is a bit of a pain. Taxi from airport to Vilamoura marina and try and find 'Homing' office to collect keys,...

'Villa is well appointed, in a quiet area, close to local supermarket, restaurants and beach. Villa is very well equipped, with everything needed for our stay. Great space both indoors and outside. Attention to detail, loose toilet seats and toilet roll holders, could be corrected before rental.'
