Surfers will love the golden sandy beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton, whilst the rugged beauty of Exmoor is a must for hikers. This perfect family cottage is situated on a 20 acre farm and is 1 of 5 holiday properties on the complex and offers a unique holiday experience with so much to see and do off and on site!

The spacious cottage is accessed via the communal courtyard area. On entering you a greeted with a handy entrance hall, perfect for wiping those sandy toes! Also on the ground floor you will find one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC, plus three twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading upstairs you will find another double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. The fabulous lounge/kitchen/diner is also located on the first floor. This open plan space is perfect for all the family and is completed with TV, DVD, Freeview, video, Hi-Fi and a cosy wood burner. The kitchen/diner area is big enough to gather all the family around and rustle up your favourite meals with an electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. There is also a handy washing machine and shared tumble dryer available.

An external staircase leads outside to fully enclosed private garden with patio furniture where the views over fields can be enjoyed. Why not buy a disposable BBQ (can be purchased on site) and spend the evening eating alfresco?

- Indoor play barn (shared) with pool table, table tennis and other games, perfect for those with a competitive streak.
- Library that is well stocked with books, children's toys and videos for everyone to enjoy.
- Outside play area with swings and slide.
