This generous second-floor apartment would suit holidaying couples or a small family or group of friends. The seaside town of Ilfracombe is located on the beautiful North Devon coast and this apartment is centrally located within a few hundred metres of the seafront, as well as many shops, restaurants and cafes. Visitors can explore the town's attractions, enjoy a round of crazy golf or book tickets for a show at the famous Landmark Theatre. The cliffs that surround the pretty town offer wonderful opportunities for walks along the dramatic North Devon Coastal Path. In the summer season, there are boat trips to enjoy from the harbour including a full day trip to the wild and rugged Lundy Island. For beach days the pristine sands of Woolacombe Beach are just 6 miles away.


The apartment is accessed via two flights of internal stairs ascending to the second floor. Once inside there is a private split-level hallway with six steps and all the rooms leading off. The living area is large and bright with three sets of French doors opening out onto balconies and letting the light pour in. There is a comfortable lounge area with a full kitchen and a dining area adjacent, as well as a useful breakfast bar. The French doors in the dining room look out across the harbour, while in the living room they look out towards the sea and offer show-stopping sunset views. The master bedroom has a spacious king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and French doors opening to a small balcony with sea views. The second bedroom is a double with French doors onto a balcony and harbour views. This room has easy access to the family bathroom with a shower over a bath and a heated towel rail.


The six small balconies are a real feature of the home offering outstanding views and bringing the outside in. There are several bistro chairs and a table that can be used on any of the balconies. Sitting out to watch the sunset over the sea with a glass of wine in hand comes highly recommended.
