Hotel met mooie design en ideale ligging. Alles is echt dichtbij gelegen en daarnaast heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Hotel is iedereen aan te raden.

What a beautiful place to stay. It is located where it is happening but not on the center where you can’t sleep. It is next to the hippie market. The staff and food were amazing. Will definitely go back.

An impressive location along with the themed rooms make this hotel an easy choice to consider returning. Sometimes the hotel can be all the things you want but without the people skills to go with it then sometimes it can be a miss. Cant say anything bad about the staff here - friendly, helpful, in fact everything was a positive with the staff. Towel situation was a bit hit and miss (sometimes out of their control) but back up plan needed to cover shortfalls.

Hotel pequeno e super agradávele confortável. Atendimento impecável dos funcionários. No verão acontecem alguns shows e festas muito legais no hotel ao lado que faz parte do grupo e vc tem acesso sem pagar entrada. Só achei que a piscina do hotel poderia ser aquecida.

Un cauchemar, l'hôtel est sur un couloir d'avion ou toutes les 10 mn vous pouvez presque faire coucou au pilote ou toucher le train d'atterrissage. Cette donnée n'a a aucun moment été précisé, quand j'ai fait part de mon désappointement, on m'a dit qu'on allait tenter de rendre notre séjour plus doux, qu'un manager allait venir nous voir etc. Evidement nous n'avons vu personne ! Cet hôtel prends la précaution de vous faire payer l'intégralité du séjour à votre arrivée, quelle bonne idée !!! Nous avons bien entendu régler les petits déjeuners pris !!! Côté propreté, il ne fallait pas être regardant, intérieur de douche salle, l'ensemble poisseux etc. Port obligatoire de boule quilles, avion oblige mais pas que la construction de l'hôtel elle même est pas de gamme. Bon pas la peine de poursuivre...

Really great! Customer service was excellent. Loved the various themes rooms. Hotel has 5 locations, so we were able to hop around all the pools on the island.

very nice stay
the hotel looks exactly as on the pics, beautiful rooms especially designed for couples. all rooms are suites and have a theme after a band. we were in the good vibrations beach boys room with sea view. i think to go there in the main season would be a bit too expensive but for spring or fall seasons it’s great.

Juste wow
Hôtel très moderne et accueillant. Le personnel est charmant et nous a aidé dans nos recherches d'activités. Les chambres étaient parfaites, on pouvait même cuisiner! Seulement le lit qui était un peu dur, mais rien de dramatique. Un peignore était fournis pour la durée du séjour.

Hübsches einzigartiges Hotel. Die direkte Strandlage hat uns sehr gefallen. Da wir zur Offseason da waren, war es schön ruhig und immer genügemd Platz an den Poolliegen. Wunderbare Aussicht mit Blick direkt aufs Meer.

Séjour au top chambre comme sur les photos, personnel très aimable. Un petite fuite au niveau de l'arrière des toilettes dans la chambre 405 avec des petits vers qui nagent dedans pas très propre. Mais nous recommanderions sans problème cet hotel

Bellissimo albergo a due passi da molte delle discoteche più belle di Ibiza, comodo per chi come me e il mio ragazzo vuole muoversi senza motorini o macchine.personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Il mare non è il più bello di Ibiza, ma basta prendere un taxi o un motorino per un giorno e in 20 minuti sei in acque cristalline.

The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location. There was a group of us staying there and they said a few of our rooms needed refurb so we’re going to split the group up for a night at their sister hotel then when we explained we wasn’t happy they changed there mind. In my stay of three nights I was moved rooms twice and on my third day the cleaners didn’t come in so had to go to the reception to get clean towels. Also I was staying on my own and in both my rooms the balcony doors didn’t lock so did feel a little nervous. Saying that the other people in the group had no problems. Lovely sea views but the hotels is both worth £271 a night!

The BEST holidays ever!
We spent a week at Dorado Ibiza Suites and we cannot wait to go back there again! Everything was perfect: the hotel is beautiful, our room (Julio Iglesias' suite) was a dream come true, the fantastic pool & drinks, the food, the beach, the MUSIC, but especially the people who work there: the hotel staff, the waiters, and DJs are unbeatable! You will find your rock paradise there, and there is only one way to heaven: go to Ibiza and stay at Dorado! Cheers!

Terrible Experience
This is a hotel clearly past its prime and severely over priced. Only 1 front desk employee the entire 5 night visit. There was no bell man to assist with luggage. There was no hot water for 2 days. The elevator was out of service for 3 days which meant taking the stairs that were narrow, dark and without a handrail; upon check out, we had to lug bags down said dangerous stairs as there still was no bell man. Tiles were loose or missing in the common areas and room. The hotel was advertised as Adults Only, however there was a small child at the pool. The beach in front of the hotel was littered with trash and an old tire the entire 5 days. The breakfast bar featured very low-end food, some of which appeared to be leftovers from the previous day as the cold cuts had a slimy texture. On a positive note, the AC worked well. This hotel was a total disappointment, not anywhere near the value paid. This is an aging property with limited staff and below-standard amenities. This is a 2 star property at best.

Outstanding hotel
The details of the music rooms are brilliant- really well done and spacious. Pool and bar are perfect, great view, great music and v chilled. Only bit that wasn't so good was breakfast which was luke warm. Loved the hotel, perfect location and I'd absolutely go back again.

Nice hotel right on the beach
Great small hotel, love the color themes. Walking distance to restuarnts, supermarkets, nightclubs etc. Excellent location!

Good hotel and big room. Just there should be a real double bed and not two singles put together. Also the room on the ground floor are a bit noisy and lack some view.

Chilled oasis in heart of Ibiza
Had the most fantastic long weekend at Santos Dorados Suites. The pool area and direct access to the beach was absolutely perfect - similar to a beach club and never too busy. I read a number of complaints re: music and noise before heading out and was slightly concerned as was travelling with my Mum. For us, the DJ poolside music was perfect backdrop to an Ibiza holiday and we didn't experience any disruption during the night. Only on the last night was there a door slammed with people leaving for early flights. Overall I would definitely recommend Santos for location, quality and service. Whilst the facilities may not rival 5* if you have stayed in Dubai - certainly the staff make up for it - making everything possible during your stay (thank you Jose). The complaint regarding not being able to bring your own water to the poolside seems to have been heard and resolved - you can even get a glass of ice for mineral water. Overall a definite thumbs up.

Cool and convenient hotel
Pros: Good location if you want to walk to the clubs (Space, Ushuaia, Hard Rock) and the beach. Even though you are close to everything, you are just far enough off of the busy street so that you don't hear a lot of noise. Rooms are spacious (huge by European standards). Jose at the front desk was very helpful. Cons: Bed was not very comfortable (but after spending a few weeks in different cities in Spain and France this appears to be common). Shower was very narrow and very slippery which can make it dangerous and difficult to shower. Breakfast buffet was not worth the price.

Lovely hotel and great location. Lots of "dreambeds" round the pool. Food and drink great too. Only issue we had was a misunderstanding re check in, which meant we were upgraded to a beach front room at check in and then asked to move due to availability the next morning. We were compensated for this, but it was a little annoying having begun to unpack.

Beautiful hotel, clean & chic decor
Super loud and there were no sound barriers for the units! Noise carried through the entire hotel - we could hear the loud music, conversations and activity happening at the reception desk, in other rooms, and the pool, all the way up in our room/bed. It was terribly noisy all day, all night, and we could barely sleep. It's really unfortunate that such a nice, new hotel that is located so well, with amazing amenities, did not invest in proper sound barriers for the units. We did not leave this hotel very well rested at all.

Ok, but overpriced.
Overall ok, but way overpriced. I found a cockroach in bar on first day, but these things happen. Several loud drunk Brits ruined my 2 nights there...I called several times & too often there was no answer at reception. Finally someone spoke to them,but it did no good. Stronger security recommended. Also, would have been nice to know that the water there is very salty...yes IN shower & from tap - the nice girl at reception informed me the next day...but I feel that should have been disclosed at check in. Beautiful ocean views, but I doubt I'd stay there again.
