'The room was clean and comfortable with everything we need.'

'My wife and I were travelling with two children (10 and 7) and had reserved two rooms. I, as the reserving party, was not present when my wife checked in. She could only get one room and not both rooms 'because the reserving guest was not present'. She could also not buy a breakfast voucher for me 'because the reserving guest was not present'. 'The japanese room was very spacious although it was a bit worn around the edges. Futons were comfortable. The hotel is right adjacent to the Bikan area so very convenient for going there. Only a 10 minute walk from the station.'

'We booked a standard room, it was small but very functional! In the breakfast box we missed fruits. The sandwiches with egg and salad were nice. The last day we did not eat anything, too much meat. In our opinion the box causes a lot of waste. A vegetarian option would be a good idea!'

'It's nice that the hotel is beside the railway station. The hygiene is not well in the room. The dust caust us snoring and bad sleeping. Up front I had asked the hotel to dust the room well. Unfortunately this hotel didn't respond to that. '

'The hot spring is the key point of this Dormy inn as well as the breakfast. I wish newer carpet floor and lighter pillows would make the place fantastic. Very well located and kind staff is a plus.'
