'Nice and comfortable room with a balcony. Shower was good and spacious. Location is in a quiet street and metro stations are about a 10 minutes walk away. The staff was great, perfect service they really give a homely feel and try to accommodate any requests you might have. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Milano.'

'Clean, modern, secure hotel with lots of extras that we weren't expecting. The rooms are quite spacious and have small efficiency kitchenettes. You receive a code to open the security gate, front door and room door. The beds were very comfortable. Every aspect of the building is clean and we'll maintained. There's a beautiful garden on the roof and free snacks, coffee and a beverage vending machine with a wide variety of drinks. There's a washer and dryer in the lowest level, with laundry soap....

'The room was a clean, modern loft room with comfortable beds. The hotel is close to the tram which took us to the Olympic hockey arena and city centre. There were some nice pastey shops nearby.'

'This hotel is situated at the outskirts of the academic quaters (University of Milan and the Polytecnic of Milan). There are various nice small restaurants close by (from cheap to medium priced). The rooms are not very big but functinally styled. The building is obviously not designed as a hotel. The lobby is downstair with the breakfast rooms. However, the breakfst is the best I have had in years - so many things to choose from and with an extremely good coffee.'

'Very good location in a classical real Milano neighbourhood. Hotel is very clean and nice. Staff is friendly and I would not hesitate coming back. I was in town for a conference at Rho Fiero and the train commute was easy.'

We arrive in the evening and our flight was at 7 am so had to leave at 4 am so stayed here for only ~8 hours and were asleep for a good part of it, but we loved how clean the place is and the lady at the reception was so lovely and helpful so we started our stay with a very good mood and there was kettle/tea/coffee in the room which was a pleasant surprise after having stayed in two hotels in italy without it. 'Beautiful hotel with very helpfull staff members. From the desk clerks to the breakfast ladies and cleaning staff, everyone was very kind. Nice breakfast, clean rooms,… you name it. We Will be coming back when visiting Milan!'

'Even though the single room is not that big, all the necessities are there (including a mini-bar/fridge) and the facilities are just fine. I found the breakfast relatively extensive considering the price and the staff were also friendly and helpful. Also after checking out, I could leave my suitcase etc at the hotel for some hours without any problem.'
