'Phenomenal staff and stay.'

'Alex Hotel is the perfect location for relaxing in the city. Location is 'cool' (Northbridge) and the vibes in the Alex Hotel are.......Alex. Healthy food and guests with slippers, but than the Aussie posh/classy way. Not Vogue or Harpers Bazaar, but Cosmopolitan. It is Australia so 'no worries mate! Yes the Alex is relax and chic but the Aussie way. And I think than that you understand what I mean.. '

'Great hotel, very comfortable. Pool would be better if it showed a view. Being on the deck serves little purpose now as plants are blocking the entire view. Also, it's better to add some chairs when busy. '

'As with Intercontinental Hotels they are all good. Here in Perth the breakfast was excellent with all of the choices they had. It is located in a central position handy to everything in the city.'

'Staff were friendly and super accommodating. A big thankyou to Kirsty especially. Facility was well located around shops, restaurants with picturesque parklands and waterways. The room had a beautiful outlook and was filled outdoor light which gave it a warming and spacious feel. Would highly recommend and will definitely be making this our go to when visiting Perth.'

'パース駅から近く、便利な宿。1Fはビアパブですが、22:00にはクローズドするので、あまり煩いとは思いませんでした。2泊したので、1Fのパブのビール２杯分のチケットも貰い、ビール🍺を満喫しました。チェックイン、アウトがやや分かりにくいのと、レセプションの営業時間に制限があるので、深夜到着、出発の場合はあまりおすすめしません。'

'A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend.'

'1st off, it was a disabled room and there was no where to hang towels. Secondly, there were no toothbrushes nor tissues in our room and we had to ask for it. Thirdly, the exhaust in the bathroom was not working so we had to keep the door open to air out the humidity. We did ask for it to be looked at, however it did not look like anyone came over to diagnose and repair. Forth, we asked for new towels to be delivered to our room and we waited for an hour, decided to walk outside and the towels...

'The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition. I would like to show my gratitude to the front desk staff (cant remember her name). She offered us a late check out knowing our flight is in the midnight. I would recommend anyone come to stay in Hyde when visiting Perth'
