As advertised, clean and nicely furnished. Had everything we needed for a weeklong stay, especially the beach chairs and pass.Some minor but notable issues: upstairs shower had almost no pressure, right front stove burner had trouble working, gas grill was not cleaned, and the cabinets had several expired dry food items. Overall, we would stay there again due to the location.

Beautiful home in a great location

My friends and I do a yearly girls trip and visited for a week from California. We loved the house, it was exactly as pictured and had everything you could possibly need and more! We visited several different states during our stay and felt the house was in a great location for us and our plans! My only suggestion to future guests is to bring a small extension cord if you like to sleep with your phone on the nightstand next to you. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home base for a visit to the cape

The house was just as pictured and perfectly clean! Wish we had more time to enjoy the backyard and basement area. We were on the go most of our visit (day in Nantucket, 1/2 day whale watch and drive up to Wellfleet, and day at Martha’s Vineyard) but enjoyed coming back to this house to rest and relax.

Great time away with family

The home was perfect for our family of 7. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials for cooking a meal or for a barbecue. We had a few small issues after checking in but were quickly resolved by Adam. The basement could use regular vacuuming as there were many spider webs with large spiders crawling on the walls. We found the vacuum in the upstairs closet and did some vacuuming ourselves before using the basement. Once that was done, the stay was great.

Comfortable stay

Exactly as described, clean and recently renovated. We usually stay in a hotel for our work function but this was much more comfortable and gave us the opportunity to connect at the kitchen table after a long work day. The bathrooms were fantastic and clean. Keyless entry was nice so that we could come and go on slightly different schedules. We were very happy with our stay and will likely stay here again next year.

The house was clean and beautiful. The beds were super comfortable & the kids were excited to all have their own tvs in their rooms. The house was stocked with everything we needed and close to grocery stores. It was on a very busy street with lots of traffic, which was, literally, the only downside. No early morning walks while the teens slept in…

great relaxing family time

we had small family reunion 10 people to BBQ and sit around the firepit one night. the place was perfect for 6 adults. and if you had kids or teens there is a family room in the basement with pullout couches and games. high end appliances. also supplied everything you would need to go to beach, and a property pass to park at the beaches. We enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended Hyannis house

This was a vacation with our parents and adult children for a week at the Cape. The house is exactly as advertised and was so clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and furniture and appliances new and well kept. The house is in a neighborhood close to grocery stores , restaurants, Main Street in Hyannis, and beaches. The kitchen is well very stocked and the house comes with beach chairs , umbrellas, and toys that make a day at the beach so easy! We would stay again and highly recommend this rental!

Great rental

Our family loved this immaculate rental. It had lots of space for us to spread out and enjoy. We grilled the fish that was caught earlier and enjoyed playing corn hole in the beautiful back yard. The home was well appointed with most everything we needed. We loved the layout with visiting space and tv watching game room. Owner was very responsive. This one is on our keeper list.

Tranquil stay

We landed in the cape for a wonderful 4night stay at this home. It was just my daughters and I celebrating graduation from law school/ bar completion and move! What a perfect launch pad for us to go to the Vineyard for a day and Nantucket another. So much to do in the area! Chatham Bars Inn is a much for lobster nachos, crisp a must for pizza. The host was quick to answer questions. Easy in and out for us. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us.

Book It!!!

This house is beautiful ! Very clean and tastefully furnished. Plenty of room for everyone and the bonus family room space downstairs is awesome! We had 6 adults and 3 kids and everyone had their own space. Back yard fire pit and table was lovely too. The house also came with a beach pass which made going to the beach a breeze. Also, not shown in the picture, was nice quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs for adults and kids, with several umbrellas, boogey boards and coolers ! This house really has EVERYTHING you need! Can’t wait to come back next year !

Pristine property

This house was perfect. It was extremely clean, located in a safe area, A/C worked great, and all appliances were brand new. There were beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys were all provided for our use. Communication with the owner was easy and we always had quick responses. Great location to get anywhere on the Cape. Our stay could not have been better!

We had a great experience staying at this property. Great space, it accommodated our whole family of 8 and space for more. It is a beautiful property and very clean. We really enjoyed the backyard space. It was very close to shopping and the beach. We hope to stay there again in the future.

So good I won’t stay anywhere else

Right when we pulled up the entire experience was absolutely smooth sailing. They have a big driveway which can easily fit 6 cars. I went with a group of 5 friends including myself. You can see the photos but every room was designed nicely, very comfy, came with your own tv and pillows/blankets. The kitchen is big and so accommodating for a large group of guests, as well as the outside patio that has a grill and a fire pit to add a lively experience to the trip. The kitchen came pre stocked with everything you could think of and more. They have a ninja smoothie, coffee maker, all new appliances, condiments like olive oil and seasonings for cooking. All you need is the food and drinks you choose to fill up the fridge and you’re good to go. Check in was simple, we were provided a code that gets us into the house, so everyone can go about there ways throughout the trip and not have to worry about not having access to the house whenever. The upstairs floor has a personal lock which gives you a more personalized access to this floor, it’s open when you get there. I accidentally closed it and locked it and I texted Adam for the code to get in. He asked the homeowners and instantly replied back. Communication with him was outstanding and he reply’s back so quickly. Accommodations were through the roof. Now I’ll provide a quick run down of the floors. There’s 3 of them. Downstairs is a big room where everyone can chill and relax with card games and/or watch tv / put on music. First floor is the kitchen, living room two private beds and a bathroom. 2nd floor has a master bedroom and there’s another bed on the other side of the floor which is open to the bathroom. (Little less private as there is no door separating this bed from the bathroom). We had 5 guys, so being only 4 beds one had to sleep on the big couch downstairs which wasnt a problem just something to consider). The premises is so close to downtown Hyannis, literally a 5 min drive. All in all , after checkout I forgot my bocci set which was a personal value to me. I called Adam, he answered right away and he even made a trip there to get it for me out the house so all I had to do was collect it on the back porch when I got there. I would definitely stay here again, in a world steering towards perfectionism, this experience was the closest to it. Book it, don’t overthink it, you’ll have a an amazing time. Special thanks to Adam and the homeowners for giving me and my friends and amazing trip.

Great House!

Great house! Newly renovated!! 10 of us stayed and it was comfortable! Great backyard with plenty of outdoor seating and a fire pit! Linens/Towels provided which is a huge plus! Finished basement was a huge bonus…older kids brought their video games and we couldn’t hear them on the main floor! Most comfortable beds of any rental we’ve stayed in before! Will definitely stay here again!
