'Parking was easy and secure'

'The good points were the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet and facilities were good. The bad were there were 3, however the room was only set up for 2, however this was rectified when we asked. The complimentary water we were told was always 2 didn't matter if there were 3. The room service was haphazard the beds were not made properly or the dishes washed would have preferred no one to enter the room at all for what was done.'

'We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier.'

'Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a...

'We loved the indoor pool and the buffet breakfast was excellent'

'The Chateau was well maintained, our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.'

'Unclean room. Toothpaste still in bathroom sink. Ash trays un empty outside door with gross stained seats outside. Bit grimy. crappy pillows. Average matress. Key was hard to get into door . Stunk pretty bad like smokers had beennin there and masked with spray. Should have been 80 dollars a night not 160'

'It's not bad, but there is no heating.'

'The staff were amazing and very helpful. The beds we very comfortable. Couches were bit hard. Position for our hospital visit was good.'

'Very good'

'Convenient location'

'Room generally comfortable, TV and Air Conditioner [heater] worked okay. Four main issues No plug available for the bathroom sink, No readily available power points in the vicinity of the bench for use of water jug, toaster, etc; power points in corners of room at floor level not convenient locations? No literature regarding nearby eating places for breakfast or dinner [neither provided by the motel] Upon enquiry about dining, receptionist referred me across the highway to Hungry Jacks!!!'
