Building 1 is a Historic home built in the 1920's located in charming downtown Hurricane. This home is a short drive to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park. It's in the heart of downtown making it easy to get to any store, shop, or restaurant around the area. This vintage home has been tastefully updated and decorated to enhance your vacation experience while still keeping its vintage charm, so you can truly have the historic home living feel. This home is 2 separate units and share a hot tub on a private deck with a grill.

Unit 1 (The Crow's Nest) is upstairs - 1 Bedroom, 1 bath - Sleeps 1-2 persons.
Private entrance up outside staircase. Kitchenette. Low ceilings. persons over 6' may not appreciate (short people rule!)
Queen - Sleeps 1-2 persons
Sofa Bed - Sleeps 1 child/tween

Unit 2 (The Roost) is 2 downstairs. - 2 Bedroom, 1 bath - Sleeps 1-5 comfortably.
Private entrance at the front. Full kitchen.
Rm 1 - King, Sleeps 1-2 persons. Shared bath
Rm 2 - Bunk with Full/Queen, Sofa bed for child/tween. Sleeps 1-3 persons. Shared bath

Building 2 is located at the rear of the property and was completed in 2023. Each unit is themed. Each unit has a private courtyard and hot tub.

Unit 3 - (On the Rocks) is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath unit that sleeps up to 13 guests in beds. This unit is themed like a wrecked river steam ship from the 1930's with a pilot house, galley and ships hold and hammock. This unit has a private hot tub and picnic table/grill on private deck.

Bedroom 2 - Queen/Queen Bunk, sleeps 1-4 persons (Hammock avail. but not counted as a bed), Shared Bath

Unit 4 - Upper (Silver Reef) is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath unit that sleeps up to 10 guests in beds. This unit is themed like a mine shaft with a ball pit/climbing wall. Private hot tub, fire pit and picnic table/bbq grill on the deck.

There is a laundry room in the back of building 1 (2 W/ 2D) for your use. Large parking lot provides plenty of parking for your group to enjoy.



PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!
Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $45 fee per pet.
Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 60 pounds)
We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.
We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.
While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.

(Pet fee is not automatically applied and will be due after booking)

Parking is available at the property, this information will be in the property guide you`ll receive the day of your arrival and check in from your guest service rep.

2-4 days before arrival you will get a link to our check in instructions. Please check that your number is updated in Airbnb. If your number changes after booking, please send a message and let us know. All occupancies subject to owner approval.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
