Good options for dining and great pool. The downside is that the elevators are located in the center of the building, so if you are staying a bit far from them, you have a long walk to your room.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Sindbad Hotel mit Aqua Park. Es ist traumhaft gewesen. Ein Sandstrand im Hotel am Wellenpool lässt einen richtigen Strand überhaupt nicht vermissen. Die Animation bietet viel Abwechslung und alle machen einen fantastischen Job. Besonders die Animateure Hannah und Stanley haben immer Stimmung gemacht, waren gut gelaunt und man hatte viel Spaß mit ihnen. Tagsüber konnte man Bogenschießen, Trampolifitness machen, Beachvolleyball spielen und einiges mehr. Bei Problemen war Sindy (best guest relation ever) sofort zur Stelle. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse, so genial... Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt einfach!

Super séjour
J'ai passé 6 nuits dans cet hôtel avec une amie , il est vraiment bien . Je n'ai pas pris d'excursion avec mais ils en proposent pas mal, il y a de nombreux bar/café , un coin de jeux dehors pour les enfants , 2 restaurants + 1 asiatique 1 libanais et 1 italien ( l'italien j'ai goûté c'est pas fantastique j"ai pris des pâtes c'est les meme pâtes servis dans les restaurants "self") mais sinon au restaurant normal il y a vraiment de tout pour tout les goûts, difficile de ne pas trouver son bonheur, 1 piscine "calme" et l'autre avec des animations . Ce que je trouve dommage c'est au niveau du snack c'est seulement à la plage qu'il y est,il y a des toboggans, spa de l'animation tout les soirs et en journée, 10 min en voiture de la marina. En face de l'hôtel il y a plusieurs boutiques, restaurants . Et les chambres sont vraiment très bien et tres propre. Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel qui travaille dur , ils sont vraiment adorable

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Pool ist sauber und gross. Der Aquapark bietet für jung und alt sehr viel Spass und Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr sauber, gross und bietet für viele Leute Platz auf den Strandliegen unter den Sonnenschirmen. Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Spabereich bietet eingiges an Möglichkeiten.

Family of four without children. We really enjoyed our stay at Sindbad Club. Nice green area with great pools, an aqua park, numerous bars and restaurants. The food was very good and plenty. Excellent animation. We particularly enjoyed dance shows from all over the world. The staff was extremely helpful and considerate. The only little problem had to do with our room that overlooked the dining area and was a bit noisy. Otherwise, we recommend Sindbad Club for all travellers, especially families, and thank the resort for the great stay.

Très bon hôtel mais je ne suis pas fan de la bouffe bien que ce soit tout inclus. Sinon l'hôtel au top toboggans jeux pour enfants jeux d'eau plein de piscine et aussi sa place privé non loin de l'hôtel et elle est jolie

I will not come back again
This was the first time in this hotel and will be the last, I will not come back again. My room was located in the 4th floor and most of time the elevator was very busy and have to waste alot of time to use it. The cleaning of room was once time at my stay for 4 nights. Unfortunately they made very stupid system to use electricity that had to leave any adult person inside the room to keep it running ( you have to lock the room from inside to keep the light system running, so I can't leave my children inside the room alone) I asked the receiption to make a late check out, but they asked me to pay around 100 usd which equals the price of completely one night.

This type of turning on and off electricity is one of the conditions that save unnecessary waste and emissions into the atmosphere and save power. It's a mandatory element in 5 stars hotels. The hotel standard check-out time is 12 afternoon. Reception has a fixed time and price for late check-out ( till 15-00 - 15$, till 18-00 - 25$, till 21-00 - 35$). Everything was good
Everything was good. The food was delicious but little variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Animation team is very nice but only 2 animators do all activities.

I faced many problems during my stay such as the quality of services which were affected by the poor quality of guests and their bad behaviors I couldn't relax or enjoy my stay due to the loud voices, noise and people screaming everywhere in swimming pools restaurants and the beach even the next door guest was shouting and hitting his wife I couldn't feel that I get the value of money I paid for the 8days vacation toilettes were awful, pampers and washing kids using adults bathrooms I felt panicked, discomfortable and annoyed the target of hotels hospitality is to feel relaxed joyful and peaceful and to be attracted to the hotel if not then the hotel failed to achieve the main objective I was distracted everywhere due to unprofessional selection for the type of guests it was a bit like a public park and beaches although am a regular guest the stay this time didn't match my expectation sorry to tell that

I really enjoyed the beach of this hotel, you just have to walk to it outside of the property. there is a supermarket near by and if it wasn't for the Covid-19 it would have been a much lively place as what is Hurgada known for. Food was ok and staff were helpful..

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. Caused urgent illness of my child I had to leave the hotel early the following morning, Thursday 2.02. 2020! At the reception I was promised that Expedia would come back to me regarding the cancellation of the room! No response until till now = very bad service!

Très propre, très chaleureux, très agréable séjour. Attention aux gros problèmes de WIFI et à la nourriture, qui, bien que correcte, diverse et bien présentée, manquait souvent de saveur.

L hôtel est propre et grand avec plusieurs piscines ainsi que l accès à la mer , pour le all in , les buffets sont bien présentés. L hotel est en plein centre ville donc bien située. Le hic pour moi c est les personnes qui s occupent des excursions qui vont à l l'encontre des clients , il y en a beaucoup.

Let's relax!
Value of money. Included breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, a small water park, pools, beach. Highly recommend this resort. There are some souvenirs shops nearby, I bought some nice camel milk hand cream from the shop "Lavender". The owner was very nice, he loves talking with travelers.,

部屋は広いのにシャワーが狭すぎ。All Inclusiveとは言え食事や飲み物が許容範囲ギリギリの質だった。もう少し美味しい物が飲み食い出来たらいいなと思う。

Nice place for the kids with aqua slides. The beach is amazing with nearby restaurant for snacks and drinks. This hotel was very busy in August when I visited. If you are a big group more than 5, it might be difficult to find seating area together on the pool or at meals time.
