'We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. '

'The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get.'

'Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel'

'All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of...

'Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.'
