'I used this property more as layover accomodation. Grace at the front desk was super helpful and made my planned day on Cat Ba Island so beautiful, very grateful'

'Wonderful stay at the Pullman in Hai Phong Tho was the lobby / concergie staff and she was delightful and very kind. Definitely would stay again. The amenities are great and so are the cleaning staff!'

'Was good for long stay or short'

'A great place to stay, especially if you are not well versed in the Vietnamese language. The staff - even down to the house cleaners and maintenance people - greet you and are friendly. This is a great hotel to stay at, and I am returning for two nights a week later.'

'Great for over night stay.'

'Anything was great!! Would definitely recommend staying there'

'The Vietnamese people are so friendly, and the lady in the breakfast area is our favorite '
