Hotel ligt mooi centraal in de stad. Mooie ruime kamers met ook mooi uitzicht.

Jammer dat je voor je auto moet betalen als gast. Een top dek op een boxspring zou gern overbodige luxe zijn. De bedden zijn smal 140 breed en liggen door. Wc borstel hebben ze niet, dat doet de schoonmaakster. Niet echt hygiënisch. In het weekend is er bijna tot geen plek om aan een normale tafel te ontbijten, jammer.

Aangenaam verblijf. Uitstekende ligging: station en busterminaal vlakbij. Grote aangename kamers met airconditioning en goede Wi-Fi. Gratis ontbijt uitstekend.Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

leuke hotel
Personeel erg aardig en hulpzaam. locatie is geweldig voor winkelen en aansluiting voor verder reizen. Kamer was mooi schoon. Heerlijk is dat je pas om 1200 hoeft uit te checken, dus geen gehaast s'ochtends.

De moeite om dit hotel te boeken.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
Wij vonden het een hotel zonder veel toeters en bellen, maar wat er werd geboden zag er goed uit. De kamer was schoon, ruim en ingericht met eigentijds meubilair. Het sanitair was ook in orde. Aandachtspunt is het ontbijt. Dit was matig georganiseerd; tafels werden niet op tijd afgeruimd en schone borden werden pas beschikbaar nadat hierom werd gevraagd. Ook het assortiment was aan de magere kant. Inzet van meer personeel zou hierbij tot verbetering kunnen leiden.

Great staff,great room,nice breakfast
This place is a 1 min walk from the train station and shopping centre, it's walking distance from pubs and restaurants and the marina, which is nice to walk to. The rooms are clean and have nice clean fluffy white towels. The staff are all lovely, really friendly. The free breakfast is great, just avoid the scrambled eggs and hash browns. I had yoghurt and bannana and some toast which was perfect for me.i think they are something for everyone and it's free, so you can't complain. Go down early as it get's mega busy and getting what you want is a cut throat experience, we went down at 7am on the sunday morning and it was perfect, soo relaxed. It's good value for money.

Hull visit
This was an upgrade from the previous hotel, the Ibis that I stayed in. Pluses include parking in st Stephens directly opposite an entrance to the hotel. I booked through a parking website which worked out cheaper. The room was comfortable, my room faced ferensway but there was no noise issue on the 4th floor.the breakfast a solid 7 out of 10.

Lovely hotel!
Great stay as always. Would have given 5* if both the lifts had been working. Lovely room on the top floor with fabulous views over the city. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfy. Excellent breakfast and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I can highly recommend!

Was asked to change rooms which I did, I was assured that it would not be noisy as hotel was not very busy. First room on the floor near the lifts so the doors were banging all night, the road noise was bad due to the window being locked but not closed properly

great stay
so far the was good stay. The temperature in the room qas great and we didn't need to dress heavy. Breakfast was a bit of a limited choice compared to other holiday Inn we've stayed across UK but it still did the job.

Room was fab, check in great, breakfast was tired, over cooked bacon, Rock hard hash browns, coffee fabulous, there was a wide range of foods to pick from. Unfortunately our problem was the noise level! We did approach reception staff We were given a disabled room with interlocking doors, the couple in the room next door were extremely loud love makers, added to that there was a loud bang from above the headboard every half hour or so,

Unlike other Holiday Inns this one did not have a restaurant. Options at the shopping centre nearby weren’t that extensive. The parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast which was one of our key selling points was again, not up to the same standard as other Holiday Inns.
