Staff were not very helpful and did everything possible to not provide transfer to airport. They didn’t seem like they wanted to do any work. Hotel is brand new, located in the middle of a new build area, new construction going on in the direct area of the hotel, NO nuisance during my stay!! Breakfast is good, Menu is simple but also good to take you dinner in house. Be prepared for an extra service charge of 10% and 12% tax on top of all you order. Staff is very helpful. 'From prior to arrival, arrival to departure, their service has been excellent! It was easy to communicate with them in English on flight arrival, your resort communicates with Starry Beach and they will give you a wake up call and also arrange the transportation back to the airport for your seaplane check-in. 'The receptionist folks might had an error regarding the booking and they kept on nagging me to either rebook it or leave. Booking was from Expedia India. They were somehow confidently blaming it as my mistake. Very cheap behavior!! Since I am a tourist I didn’t have a better phone service, only when I personally from their main phone called Expedia and kept it on speaker and got re assurance from Expedia, they were somewhat convinced. I literally had to hide from these folks till the Expedia...
