Kamer was tip top in orde, mooi zwembad, lekker gegeten s'avonds en het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Enig minpunt: de balustrade van het balkon moet dringend een nieuwe vernislaag krijgen.

Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Verzorgde kamer. Goede ligging. Aanrader. Enige minpunt: wij hadden een familiekamers met dubbel bed en zetelbed. Dit was enorm hard en kraakte enorm voor de kindjes om op te slapen.

Prima hotel, jammer dat er geen plaats is voor alle gasten om te dineren, omdat mensen uit de omgeving er reserveren (ga maar een pizza halen). Erg jammer als je s avonds je kind vam 2 geen fatsoenlijk eten voor kan schotelen

Wij waren er in de Paasvakantie om te skiën. Voor het hotel ligt een ruime gratis parking. Liften vertrekken op ongeveer 500 m van het Hotel.

Prachtig hotel, lekkere bedden, mooie badkamer met rainshower, schitterende omgeving! Fijn restaurant en een geweldig ontbijt buffet!! Komen ZEKER nog eens terug.

Top hotel op een top locatie! Ook voor de zomer!
Heel mooi hotel op een mooie locatie! Vanuit onze kamer zicht op een berg, heerlijk! :) genoeg parkeer plek en leuke restaurantjes en een winkeltje. Een echte aanrader voor fietsers, wandelaars en ski fanaten! Je moet er wel van houden dat het bovenop de berg ligt!

A well presented hotel in a convenient location - about three minutes walk to Les Bergers ski area. The hotel is clean and the rooms are pleasant. The bar area is nice to relax in and the staff are great, especially Alicia.

Clean, nice bar and restaurant with lovely view. Views from the room were spectacular. Good location. Food on half board option pretty good. Very good breakfast. Disappointed that there was a charge (quite a lot) to use sauna and jacuzzi as chose the hotel for that reason. Not clear when booking.

Hôtel situé à proximité des pistes. Sur l annonce, l hôtel a des bornes de recharge pour les véhicules électriques. Mais il n y en a pas! Après avoir cherché un parking avec borne, un jour de neige, nous nous sommes faits volés nos chaînes sur notre véhicule!! Si l hôtel avait bien eu des recharges comme c était stipulé, nous n aurions pas rencontré ce problème! Surtout que pour le retour, ça nous aurait bien aidé! (Neige!) Vraisemblablement les vols sont réguliers dans cette station! Vol de skis, matériel etc. Dommage car l hotel et la station sont sympas...

The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the facilities are great. Breakfast is 5 star. A few mins walk and you're on the Marmottes 1 chairlift. Ideal.

Bel hôtel mais améliorations souhaitables
Bel hôtel, beau restaurant, belle piscine. Nous avons occupé une chambre privilège au 7e étage pour 2 nuits qui globalement a été agréable. Compte tenu d'un classement 4 étoiles nous nous attendions pas aux problèmes suivants: pas de possibilité de baisser la température ambiante (malgré les 2 chauffages d'appoints coupés obligé d'ouvrir la porte fenêtre pour avoir une température raisonnable dans la chambre), des difficultés importante à régler la température de l'eau de la douche et non stable (mitigeur non thermostatique!). J'ai pu échanger directement de ces sujets à notre check out. Ceci explique mon avis mitigé.

Das Hotel scheint eigentlich schön zu sein, aber (möglicherweise aufgrund der "falschen Saison") es fehlte an Charme. Die Küche und auch der Service liefen wohl auf Sparflamme und auch die Einrichtung war irgendwie nicht vollständig (z.B. keinerlei Möbel auf dem Balkon)...

Nice hotel but disappointing spa
Really nice hotel let down by the spa which is not free for hotel guests, only fits 6 people in at a time and has to be reserved in advance in hour slots. Otherwise the hotel is great - friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice bar / lounge area, really good breakfast, ski hire in the hotel which is only 5 mins walk to the chair lifts.

Very helpful reception staff who were full of information, friendly and happy to help and make reservations, etc. Comfortable and spacious hotel with good breakfast and dinner options. Good location for a biking/hiking holiday with plenty of free parking out front and secure & roomy luggage area where they are happy to store your bike

Trevligt och flexibelt hotell
Jag bodde på hotellet under ett tredagars cykellopp i Alpe d'Huez. Hotellet anpassade både frukosttider och tidpunkt för utcheckning med tanke på cykelloppet, vilket var mycket flexibelt. Trevlig restaurang och trevlig personal gjorde att vistelsen blev just trevlig.

Bon établissement
Bien placé pour le ski la journée, à 10min à pied du centre de la station pour le soir, cet établissement offre un bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent. Nous avons réservé les yeux fermés le restaurant le premier soir car fatigués de la route, il ne vaut hélas pas les 42euros du menu, mieux vaut aller au centre où nous avons trouvé notre bonheur les jours suivants.
