'All of the staff from the front desk to the housekeepers wete very accommodating to my family. I grew up in the next town o er but have lived out of state for 14.5 years. I have stayed at this property close to 20 times in the last 8 years of me visiting. I have come to know those who work there as well as they have come to know myself and my little family over the years. I will continue to choose this hotel over amd over again.'

'Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need)...

'Very good overall stay considering the price point. Staff were great and responsive. Competent and friendly. Room condition very clean and bed was super comforable. Hallway rugs need replacing and walls are quite thin.'

'Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.'

'This hotel was good for a night stay. But it is kind of outdated- toilet roll holder broke, had to go to front desk to get linens for room, pool was not the greatest. Although the room was comfortable enough to sleep in for the night and ac definitely works cooled it right down. And they had a free breakfast and it satisfied my whole family. Had a nice variety. I would stay there again for a night just not a weekend long. As I go with family.'

'It's a very bad place to stay. It's more of a dog hotel, very dirty! Bugs everywhere; in the hallway, in your room, dirty wash cloths and towels. But, it's cheap compared to other hotels. If you can, stay in your car!!!'

'The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable - so the staff were great!'

'The cleaning lady never cleaned our room the entire 5 days stay. Good thing I bought stuff to clean my own room and my own extra towels. The front desk staff was nice.'

'Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit keuze. Geen last van lawaai van gasten of verkeer. De receptie is vriendelijk, maar wat te passief. Kamer wordt goed schoon gemaakt. Lokatie is centraal genoeg om per voet alles te bereiken en decentraal genoeg om rustig te zijn. Prijs is goed.'
