Hubbard's Hills

Please note, do not book!!! If you are travelling with children. The rooms can only accommodate 2 people. We was charged extra upon arrival for another room as we had no choice after travelling more than 4hrs. The place has potential however it needs some real care and attention. The rooms were dirty despite being told it was cleaned. There's a spider infestation as I've counted more then 10 even after requesting the rooms to be cleaned for the second night. It was so bad when we got back late night that we had to check-out middle of the night. No breakfast despite when booking it said breakfast included. No bins. No proper reception. No WiFi. No hot water. You have to request the water to heat up due to heating turning on at the same time. The caretaker who lives on site was friendly and attentive. Parking was convenient.

Wonderul stay at the Lord Nelson with very friendly staff to welcome us. Part of our tour through England/Wales this is where we started for a couple of days in this area. very nice location in town, with plenty of parking just behind the inn. Great food for dinner, had a good couple of nights rest. Had a great meal at the inn on one night. The other we went to "Little Italy" for tapas. Both recommended from our side! Had a nice walk along the water a couple of miles out theres a bridge and come back the other side back to town. By car we found plenty of sites to visit for walking routes.

low cost OK, but coffeecooker, but no cups, coffeesticks, but no sugar, 3 lights in the room, only 1 working, no toiletpaper... If two minutes more of attention had been paid to the room, it would have been OK in value/money, now it's just low cost.
