'Nice place great stay, large rooms and great breakfasts'

'We rented a room for four people and was only given two towels we asked for more and was told that is against hotel policy , house keeping didn't make the beds , sweep the floors and our outlets in the bathroom didn't work we rented a room through the same place last year and everything was excellent I do not know exactly what had happened but this was a terrible experience on our behalf and we will not be booking with them again'

'Horribly misleading photos. Once you step past the lobby or look in any direction you can see that everything was dirty, run down, and smelled. There was broken or out of service signs on almost every visible area, doors windows, etc. Our room looked nice but was very dirty. The bathroom was almost unusable. 'Upon arriving the receptionist was very busy so it took us a bit to check in. Once checked in and in our room we immediately began noticing different cleanliness issues, dead bugs on the counters, a film coating on the shower, baseboards and flooring were stained from previous visitors. The fridge was also very dirty with old food stains and puddles from leaking items. Upon arrival we needed to pay an additional $50 deposit that was unexpected and were assured it would be refunded upon...
