'This has been our go to hotel when staying in Houston. They are going thru a remodeling and wasn't advised, stay away until they are finished. Housekeeping was hit and miss, missed all towels one day. Great coffee in the morning!'

'No technology in the room. Went to plug in my charger at the wall. Got dust on the knees of my black pants. Carpet was dirty. Bedside lamps cannot be reached from bed, so you have to get up to turn off after reading in bed. Tried to see if I could stream a movie on TV. No Streaming Services to be had. Gym was okay. Valet parks your car outside in the heat. Breakfast is expensive.'

'All'

'The hotel is quite nice and conveniently located. Parking is complimentary. However, I had a very disappointing check-in experience because: • I had received a confirmation number from the hotel. • The hotel rejected the credit card I had used to make the reservation without informing me in advance. • I provided four additional credit cards, but none of them was accepted. • Cash payment was not accepted either. 'Staff is very rude'

'We had the Thelma room and it had en excellent bed, shower and airco. If you have people upstairs you might hear it as there is a staircase next to the room and a room above. Staff is excellent as well and Tim and the young lady were especially helpful. The valet guy was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff we met. Breakfast is limited in choice but very good in quality.'

'The breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. The room was beautiful. The bed was not very comfortable as I could feel the springs on my side of the bed. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work so I had to dry my hair in the room. The location in relation to Warehouse Live Midtown for concert was excellent. It was a 9 minute walk so we saved on parking. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from on the way to the venue.'

'Very clean room and a well maintained property. All staff members were very friendly and accommodating.'

'Alles was gewoon top, behalve tv’s. Die werken met een systeem wat niet echt gebruiksvriendelijk is. Maar verder was alles aan appartement uitstekend. Tip, gebruik de Star Parking in de Fanning Street, verreweg de goedkoopste in de omgeving.'

'I love the place, except they didn’t decorate for Halloween!'
