'We stayed here for one night for a concert at the Toyota Center. The room was a little musty (smelled like a former smoking room but nothing recent) but the location was very convenient and staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Not bad for the price and felt safe and comfortable. Mattress was nice and firm. Try the ginseng coffee, it's delicious!'

'Me gustó mucho este hotel. Está muy limpio, el personal fue siempre muy amable y la zona es tranquila y se siente segura. Solo hay que tomar en cuenta que se trata de un apart-hotel, por lo que no realizan la limpieza diaria de la habitación. Yo lo desconocía y no encontré esa información en la descripción de Expedia; únicamente la vi después en los comentarios de otros huéspedes. 'The most recent reviews is what led me to book. The reviews from 2023 were not very favorable so apparently major overhaul of the rooms has been done. No clamoring smell was in our room. I like the fact that there isn’t any carpet! Bed was ok…not the best but not the worst either. I would stay here again. The price was excellent compared to where it’s located. Didn’t use any of the amenities because was simply there for an early medical appointment.'

'The smell was of stale cigarettes and mold. I think my eye got infected while staying there. Residents were quite noisy also, fighting in parking lot well after 11 pm. The only good thing was the price. I was there for 6 nights. Will not go back. Do not recommend'

'Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy.
