Four bedrooms, additional sleeping area in downstairs bunk beds; and four and 1/2 bath house located in Arley. Master bedroom on main level. Downstairs bedroom walks out to a nice screened in porch. Spacious living room area on main level, as well as additional space downstairs with a ping-pong table, small kitchenette with a sink bar and another sink. Relax on the upper and lower covered decks. Dining room seats 8, with additional seating at table on porch (6) and on barstools at the island (4).

Approximately 13 steps to the dock. Double decker dock! Boat slips are NOT available for guest's use. However, there is plenty of room to tie your boat up to the dock. Lilypad for guests' use.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU SIGN THE ELECTRONIC RENTAL AGREEMENT.
NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc. parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
