This isn't your average cookie-cutter home; she's a lovingly decorated 1978 gem with stories to tell and all the space your crew (up to 12!) needs to create new ones. Imagine laughter echoing in the sprawling living areas perfect for heart-to-heart chats or sharing joyful meals (BBQ too) & memories around two dining areas. Ideally situated for work or play, you're close to major plants, I-10, hospitals, and all necessities!
The space
Yes, she's a classic, and we've lovingly decorated her for comfort and joy. Imagine laughter echoing in the sprawling living areas, perfect for those heart-to-heart chats, or sharing joyful meals and memories around two dining spots. Four cozy bedrooms promise sweet dreams: one features a King bed, two have queen beds, and the fourth includes two bunk beds. Need more space? The living room sofa pulls out into a full-size bed. You'll find two full bathrooms and two convenient half baths to comfortably accommodate everyone.

The spacious kitchen awaits your culinary adventures! It's equipped with a large main refrigerator perfect for big families (the smaller one is retired), and while she has two sinks, one is happily on duty and has always been plenty for a crowd (you'll see a little note on the one taking a rest).

We believe in honest charm, so you should know a couple of things: our sunroom is currently taking a little beauty rest (closed for repairs).

We have also included an independent one bedroom one full bath and kitchen Casita with this rental. but keep it closed and open only if you need extra space. There will be an extra $100 charge cleaning charge if your family or group needs extra space.

The guest has complete access to the house and front yard and fenced backyard. Backyard has a fenced private backyard for "The Gathering House"
The Casita (Garage apartment one bed one living one bath roomwith klitchen is included in the rental

We just ask to please take care of your home away from home like you would want yours to be taken care of. If you bring your pet, please make sure to pick up after them as a courtesy for the next arriving guests, as this will help us keep allowing pets. This will help us keep making your home away from home stay in great condition for many years to come. We love to have our guests come back as much as they can, so please ask for a repeat customer discount.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM.
Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $120 pet fee. Pre-approval is required for all pets. Please follow our dog policy, pick up and dispose of pet waste in the outside container/dumpster, and note that you are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $300 fee. Please obtain prior approval for late check-out.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed. A violation fine of $250-$500 will be added to the cleaning fee for smoking.
Parking: driveway can have 3-4 cars
No smoking on the property
No loud partying or hosting of events
