'Netter sympathischer Vermieter. Trotz des Missverständnisses mit der Agentur bezüglich der Kaution. Hier gab es die Fehlinformation, dass die Kaution von 1000 Euro auch durch die Übertragung einer Versicherungspolice über den Betrag für den Aufenthalt gestellt werden kann. Das konnten wir pragmatisch mit Bargeld (Reisekasse Bankautomat) lösen. Das Haus wird liebevoll gepflegt und nach und nach erneuert. Leider war bei uns das WC im oberen Bad noch nicht nutzbar. 'We had a lovely stay in this house. The house was decorated very stylish and warm and had all the things that we needed. The weather was hot outside, but the cottage inside was nice and cool thanks to the thick walls. The pool was lovely and the children had a lot of fun with the floating devices. The owner of the house emailed a lot of tips on things to do in the neighbourhood and we had a lot of fun exploring those. The house is located very well if you want to visit the wineries in the medoc...

'The property is perfect for 2 families, lots of space with the central exterior kitchen with bbq and plancha very well suited for long evenings of good food, wine and pleasure! The swimming pool and bubble bath are splendid as well! With Jean-Michel as the caretaker for all questions and a short chat in the morning to top it off.'

'Encore un endroit (ils sont rares), mieux que sur le prospectus!Un endroit de calme et de paix, pour se détendre, se reposer tout en ayant accès à la station balnéaire si proche .Extérieur boisé, intérieur boisé avec ses senteurs et son atmosphère. C'est un arbre qui tient la maison, trop beau!bref, si vous aimez le béton et le bruit... c'est ailleurs!'
