Brand new rental on HOURTIN PLAGE, this pretty house with a sleek and modern style has the advantage of being bright and ergonomic. Each space is well thought out! It is indeed practical and easy to live in. With two terraces, one at the front of the house and another at the back of it, you can follow the sun as you wish.

It consists of:

- An entrance with cupboard and separate toilet.

- A beautiful bright living space with:

*a sofa lounge area

*an open and fully equipped central kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer part, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer)

*a dining area with table and chairs.

- 2 bedrooms:

* the 1st with a Queen size bed 160*200 (duvet 240*260/ 2 pillow sizes 65*65 and 50*70/ bolster case length 190)

* the 2nd with two beds of 80*200 (duvet 140*200/ pillowcase 65*65/bolster case length 125) Note that the two beds can easily be brought together to make a bed 160*200.

- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower communicating with the two bedrooms.

- A terrace in front on the street side with garden furniture, a barbecue, bicycle parking, an electric vehicle socket.

- A terrace/garden at the back with a dining area, sunbeds and table football. The garden is fenced on both sides ideal if you have a dog.
