'We would love to give a 5 star review as the front desk personnel were courteous and informative. The breakfast choices were also excellent. The reason for the 3 stars was due to the fact that the freezer was frozen over and during the night one of our cans of water exploded in the refrigerator. Not a pleasant sound or experience to wake up to. We did notify the front desk and nothing was ever done to rectify/replace the refrigerator during our stay. Our bottle of creamer was also frozen.

'1. The initial room provided did not have a microwave. After I pointed this out, I was given a different room, but I had to move all of my belongings again, which was inconvenient.
2. Breakfast: Every morning, the coffee and cookies run out by around 7:30 AM and are never refilled.
