'The hotel was nice and clean. We had a double queen suite, plenty of room to move around, nice size refrigerator and a microwave for heating things. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I did get coffee from the lobby and it seemed to be a little watered down, but you can make coffee in the coffee maker in your room.'

'The breakfast was satisfactory.The carpet throughout the hotel is worn and or dirty.Cant really tell.The wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling off the wall in many places.The blind in the room was broken.It was permanently down,There was no way to raise it.The window behind the blind was damaged.It had strange coloring on it. I reported it to the front desk. She said she would inform maintenance.'

'We only stayed here for one night but our stay was super comfortable. The rooms and the hotel building overall smelled so nice and was maintained very well. It looked like it was renovated recently. The staff was kind and helpful and parking was a breeze. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; there were plenty of options enough for all the guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Pensacola.'

'The hotel and rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Pool area is nice. Breakfast was decent for something fast and on the go. Downfall was one of the 2 elevators were down for the whole 5 day stay. During the busy times wait time for them would get backed up. At one point someone took the out of order signs down and several people got stuck on the elevators.'

'We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance.'
