'First no luggage rack, asked for it never delivered. No paper towels, no housekeeping everyday. Towels used more than once is unsanitary. I won’t come here again because when I am on vacation I don’t want to make my bed. '

'Wij hebben hier een zeer prettige ervaring opgedaan.
Alhoewel dit hotel dicht bij een luchthaven is gelegen heb je hier totaal gaan overlast van.
Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en geven je echt het gevoel dat je op vakantie bent.
Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die dag tripjes willen maken in en rond Tuscon.'

'When we arrived yo the hotel we were sent to a room that was not ready and they quickly gave us a clean room. The hotel was great the only thing I noticed was it needed a little vacuuming in the hallways. Other than that we were satisfied with our room. '

'The hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean
Happy hour menu was good, best mozzarella sticks I've ever had and enjoyed the hummus platter. Pool nice temperature and not overly crowded. Negatives were few, ran out of towels at the pool often and breakfast buffet wasn't worth the price. '

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'
